Banana-Berry Protein Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is packed full of protein and fibre, and will keep you full of hours.

Ingredients:  
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries 
  • 1 Tbsp help Protein Powder 
  • 1 Tbsp tahini or nut butter 
  • 1 Tsp ground flaxseed or psyllium husk 
  • 200ml cashew or coconut milk 

Method: 
Place all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
