Meet the Myotherapist, Claire Stidston

Picture
Claire completed her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in 2006 and has worked in the local community ever since.  She chose to become a Myotherapist after an injury to her own back after falling from a horse in her early teens. This led to many visits to various physical therapists where she developed her passion to help other people through their injuries.

Claire continues her interest in horse riding by participating in 3-Day eventing. She is also an enthusiastic gymnast. It is from this love of sport that she first became interested in the function of the human body.

Having lived on the Mornington Peninsula her whole life, Claire is excited to join the team at Adam’s Back to support her local community.

At Adam’s Back, we are committed to providing natural solutions for better health. We are excited to include Claire in our team so that she may also contribute to assisting you and your family with both pain relief and long-term improvement in your everyday living.

What is myotherapy?
